If you know of any others please comment and let me know.  I plan on utilizing as many as I can throughout the year so that our group can stay stimulated with differing environments.

LOOKING FOR AN OUTDOORS GROUP in CENTRAL NY??  Come join us for some winter trail running, snowshoeing or cross country skiing.  FOR FREE!  Meet lots of others who share the same interests!  Hey who knows, maybe you'll meet your wife or your second one.  NEXT GROUP TRAIL RUN -->  Sunday November 16th.  @ 9am.  Meet at Swallows Tavern (South Avenue).   4-6 mi run through Elmwood Park, up through OCC.  All levels are invited.  Til then, mud it up!!

Next group trail run:  Sunday November 16, 2014.   9am @ Elmwood Park.  Meet in Swallows Tavern (South Ave) back parking lot.  We'll do a 4-6 mi trail run through Elmwood and up through towards OCC.  We ll finish back at Swallows for coffee/bloody Mary's or whatever you'd like.  Contact me with any questions.

Elmwood trail in August

Great turn out today!  We had 6 in attendance.  Matt, Sam, Jo, Rob, Dan and myself crushing trails throughout the Camillus Uniqe Area.  Despite some leaf coverage and temps in the mid 30's we were able to enjoy the weather.  We even had some sunshine.  It was great to meet some other runners with the same interests.  Hope to have more people come out and join us next time.  I ll keep you all posted.  Until then, mud it up!
